National Groups & Programs

Group Discussion

At Trinity Psychology, we believe that no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Our National Groups & Programs create safe, welcoming spaces where people can connect, share, learn and grow alongside others who understand. From supporting women, children and teenagers to empowering men and helping people living with chronic pain, illness and major life changes, our programs are built around one simple belief: when people feel heard, supported and connected, they can discover their strength, build resilience and create meaningful positive change in their lives.

MumSpace – Women’s Wellbeing Group

MumSpace is a warm and supportive wellbeing group created for women to connect, reflect and feel supported through the many experiences and challenges that life can bring.

The group provides a safe and welcoming space for meaningful conversations around emotional wellbeing, relationships, motherhood, identity, personal growth, resilience and navigating difficult life experiences. Sessions explore a range of relevant wellbeing topics and may also feature guest speakers who bring their professional knowledge and lived experience to the conversation.

MumSpace is about creating connection, encouraging self-reflection and empowering women to prioritise their own emotional wellbeing while building a sense of community with others.

MySpace – Children’s Wellbeing Group

MySpace is a supportive and engaging wellbeing group for children aged 6–12 years, designed to help children develop the emotional and social skills they need as they grow.

In an age-appropriate and welcoming environment, children have opportunities to explore emotions, build confidence and self-esteem, strengthen communication and social skills, and learn practical strategies for managing everyday challenges.

Through connection, discussion and engaging activities, MySpace provides children with their own safe space to express themselves, develop resilience and build positive relationships with others.

HerSpace – Teen Girls Wellbeing Group

HerSpace is a warm, welcoming and empowering wellbeing group created specifically for teenage girls aged 13–18 years.

Adolescence can bring significant emotional, social and personal changes. HerSpace provides a supportive environment where teenage girls can connect with others, express themselves openly and explore the challenges that can arise during these important years.

The group supports young women in areas such as confidence and self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, friendships and relationships, identity, communication, resilience and navigating the pressures of adolescence. HerSpace aims to help each young person feel heard, supported and empowered as she develops a stronger sense of herself.

HisSpace – Men’s Wellbeing Group

HisSpace is a supportive and welcoming wellbeing group created for men to connect, reflect and have open conversations about the challenges and experiences that can impact their emotional wellbeing.

The group provides a respectful and non-judgemental space to explore topics such as stress, relationships, family and fatherhood, identity, work and life pressures, emotional wellbeing, resilience and navigating significant life changes.

HisSpace encourages connection, honest conversation and practical strategies for wellbeing, while providing an opportunity for men to feel heard, supported and connected with others. Sessions may also include guest speakers who bring professional knowledge, practical insights and different perspectives to relevant topics.

Pain & Gain – Chronic Illness & Pain Support Group

Pain & Gain is a supportive space for people living with chronic pain, chronic illness, injury, grief or significant life changes.

Living with ongoing pain or illness can affect far more than physical health. It can impact emotional wellbeing, relationships, independence, identity and everyday life. Pain & Gain provides an understanding and compassionate environment where participants can connect with others who may share similar experiences.

The group focuses on connection, emotional wellbeing, adjustment, resilience and finding ways to navigate life alongside ongoing challenges. Above all, Pain & Gain provides a space where people can feel understood, supported and reminded that they do not have to carry their experiences alone.
